Before you purchase Incevio’s product for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using Incevio’s products and services, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

Product delivery
All our products are available for direct download. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use Paypal, Master Card, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any product.
Our system may save all downloads made by a user.
Product Compatibility/Updates
Our templates, components, and modules are developed to work on self-hosted sites, which can be downloaded from our website. All templates are designed to be compatible with the latest technologies, but we cannot guarantee that older server can run our applications. Incevio’s scripts support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Edge.
License
Customers must first purchase Incevio’s products and then they may use them. Support, updates and customer accounts are only available to those who purchase our products.
The non-compiled portions including images, cascading style sheets and JavaScript of products are protected by copyright / intellectual property law.
Modifications
Yes, you are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.
Unauthorized/Illegal Usage
You should not use the Incevio products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of European Union and International law. In particular, it is prohibited to use our templates for pages that promote: violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, vulgarity content or warez software links.
You cannot to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by JoomShaper. All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased.
You cannot place any of our commercial products (CMS, templates, and components), modified or unmodified, on CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company. Especially on ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, Template Monster or similar services.
You shall not purchase search engine or other pay per click keywords (such as Google AdWords), or domain names that use Incevio or Incevio trademarks and/or variations and misspellings.
We reserve the possibility of blocking your account immediately if we will know about such a not permitted behavior.
If you create an account on the Incevio website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
Support
Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via tickets and official support email. We will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try to provide a solution for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core package. Support requests made by email, tweet, facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be ignored.
If your support requires an additional modification of the CMS, template, the module or plugin then you have two options:
- Wait for further development of the product.
- Or hire an expert (We also do customization service).

Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Incevio. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Antifraud
Instant downloads are available after signing up. However, all of our customer’s purchases can be pending for a manual antifraud check up to review the payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. A customer account can be suspended for a manual antifraud check for 24 hours also it can be suspended for a long-term for more investigations.
Price Changes and Discounts
Incevio reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
One discount at a time: We offer discounts on our products on different occasions. Only one discount can be applied to a product at a time. For an example, we offer a certain discount on an item.
Warranty
Incevio products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the Incevio’s products is guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation, and options configuration of the product within the latest stable version. Incevio cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party APIs, plugins – as there are simply too many modules, components, and plugins to support.
In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided templates. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners.
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except in some cases for more details please read our refund policy.
